3) All illegal aliens have 90 days to get their affairs together and leave.We'll give them a free trip home. After 90 days the remainder will be gathered up and deported immediately, regardless of whom or where they are. They're illegal!!! France will welcome them.

4) All future visitors will be thoroughly checked and limited to 90 days unless given a special permit!!!! No one from a terrorist nation will be allowed in. If you don't like it there, change it yourself and don't hide here. Asylum would never be available
to anyone. We don't need any more cab drivers or 7-11 cashiers.

5) No foreign "students" over age 21. The older ones are the bombers. If they don't attend classes, they get a "D" and it's back home baby.

6) The US will make a strong effort
to become self-sufficient energy wise. This will include developing nonpolluting sources of energy but will require a temporary drilling of oil in the Alaskan wilderness. The caribou will have to cope for a while.

7) Offer Saudi Arabia and other oil producing countries $10 a barrel for their oil. If they don't like it, we go someplace else. They can go somewhere else to sell their production. (About a week of the wells filling up the storage sites would be enough.)

8) If there is a famine or other natural catastrophe in the world, we will not "interfere." They can pray to Allah or whomever, for seeds, rain, cement or whatever they need. Besides most of what we give them is stolen or given
to the army. The people who need
it most get very little, if anything.

9) Ship the UN Headquarters to an isolated island someplace. We don't need the spies and fair weather friends here. Besides, the building would make a good homeless shelter or lockup for illegal aliens.

10) All Americans must go to charm and beauty school. That way, no one can call us "Ugly Americans" any longer. The Language we speak is ENGLISH...learn it...or LEAVE...Now, isn't that a winner of a plan?

Fandros has been in full on ironic stupidity mode for what I'm guessing is his entire adult life. Who should be surprised we get reports of obvious internet fabrications with absolutely no fact checking at all?

This thing has been floating around so long, and been repeated so often, I even remember the one part of it that Robin Williams did say (the baseball bat statue of liberty). The deeper irony is that the stand-up show he did that in gave about 20% of its time to brutally bashing W and Cheney, to great applause from the largely Democrat audience he was playing to in New York City.

Even though the rest is not true, the Baseball bat cracked me up.

I didn't even read that far, just skipped ahead posts to the expected snopes link. It just wasn't funny enough to be Williams.

The show was fairly funny, I don't remember the title but I thought to myself, "old Robin, off the crack but still high."

Funny thing about some of the slobber drooling tools posting in reply to this thread is that my original post was not one judging left/right.

It was just an interesting email ( note for Thor, email isn't considered mass media you touche' weilding tard) that I thought to share for laughs on a slow Tuesday.

Unlike some of you goofballs not everything I think/do and dream about is political in nature. I have a real life/job and often many side interests...look to not apply your narrow paradigms to me please ...tools

Who cares if it was ever said and most certainly if Robbin Williams said it, all he is a funny coke addict with some decent jokes and strange movies from time to time. It was a chain mail letter that I actually did see 1+ years ago already but it didn't matter who said, was just someones opionion, what matters if you agree with some of it or all of it. Hmm, it is truly amazing how so much drama gets going over so little an instigation.

While I too enjoyed the baseball bat comment, the rest was fun to read trying to imagine William's on a stage presenting it to his audience; try picturing the college crowd sitting there half-buzzed going "Wtf is he on about?".

I had not seen this before, so will say thanks to Fan, regardless of origin.


Edit: I realize Williams had not been the originator, but it still was fun trying to picture him presenting this, in his inimitable style.

When I get one of these emails, the first thing I do is head over to Snopes. Hell, I just like to know if it's true or not. Unfortunately, no matter how well you word the reply email to your friend, you typically get a "Fuck off Mr. Know-it-all, it was still funny so who cares".

So, I've given up on my friends in that respect and just point at them and call them names.

Nobody sends me forwards any more. I used to either head to snopes, or if I got those stupid Send-This-To-Fifty-Friends and Bill Gates will give you money! ones I'd hit reply to all and point out all the spelling, grammar, or logical mistakes in the email. Do that a few times and people stop emailing you junk, although I do miss out on getting items like this.

Yep pretty much the same reaction from my friends. They know better than to send me crap cause I google, snopes it and then reply all and tell them it's fake and to stop sending this stuff saying it's real. If you're going to send it say it's fake but it's funny.
