Not Elren per se, but a posse of folks like him made that guild a horrible place to raid.

They used to give us a good race, once his ilk was in the gap widened on a dailiy basis. Not for lack of a guild trying, but having to fight against the game mechanics and then this kind of drama daily was too much for some wanting fun.

This is the type of bullshit Elren brought to his poor guild on a daily basis. Imagine trying to live through that crap, who'd want to log on?

Yeah. You used to see that play out all the time, when a guild got desperate for warm bodies and compromised their recruiting to accomplish that.
