Sanchek... might want to take some time off the forums, before you start banning the people that pay your paycheck so to speak...

Sanchek is an uncontrollable, power-tripping, dellusional nut-job who, despite knowing that the majority of the forum don't want him around, insists on his charade of a moderation.

This is bullshit. You can't ban a long-standing member of Rover's stature, who contributes on a regular basis and actually fucking funds this goddamn community.

That's it, I thought I had enough of you at the beginning of summer when you threatened to shut the forum down, but this is the last fucking straw. Everyone knows you're too much of a chicken shit to step down despite no one wanting you around. But this has gone on long enough.

Good, the problem with this situation is that back in the old days of this forum an overbearing moderator didn't stand a fucking chance, if he acted like even half the prick San does, the entire forum was up in arms and the mod was running for cover. That's the problem, there are too few left to be passionate enough to keep him in place or do something to remove an arrogant, overarching bastard like this dick Sanchek.

He turned it into a legal issue and tied my hands. The ban was the direct advice of my attorney, who I can't ignore when people start throwing around the threat of frivolous lawsuits.

For the same reason, I can't really get into details here and I'm not going to bicker about it. Just know that it's not something I'm happy about, nor was it something I did lightly (I gave him a very clear last warning a couple weeks ago, trying to avoid this).

LOL...we were reading Sancheks response. He's absolutely full of shit. What he did was make numerous posts saying that my business was stealing money from my clients. He made these accusations based on nothing. When I pointed out that he was posting was slanderous he started freaking saying his first amendment rights let him say that. That was weeks ago, problem for him is we printed out his posts as PDF files. He knows nothing about my company, his posts wre pure conjecture and filled with wrong assumptions.

Was funny he kept saying his girlfriend is an attorney and was sitting right next to him. My answer was "good for you".

His ban was right after I posted in the Allen Grayson thread that I was contacting Rybit to complain. Sanchek is lying and he has picked the wrong fight.

No. She doesn't practice in the area that he was/is threatening me in.

It sounds more like a personal matter and less related to the forums. I'm not one to take sides not knowing the facts, but there really isn't anything him posting or reading here that could cause you legal duress ... it does sound like you acted pretty inappropriately. I can't imagine what legal harm he could cause you by posting on a public forum.

I wasn't the one that escalated to legal and RL threats. As you should know from both here and the RiP boards, that's not my style. Like I said though, I can't comment publicly on the details.

Everyone here knows I don't ban people just for being mean to me on the Internets. If I did, half the people posting on this thread wouldn't be able to! That knowledge alone should make it obvious enough that there's more to it.
