As some of you have logged on today, you have seen the sad news about our fellow guildmate and friend, Mesothornie. Her roommate gave me a tell this afternoon and told me that she passed away this morning(December 5th) after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.


This was on the DoM message boards today when I was reading through our boards. Mesothornie was a member of DoM, and a very sweet and kind druid in our guild. She will be greatly missed.

This is Mesothornie's Roommate and she has left the account to me so just incase you see me online dont freakout. I will do my best to honor her memory and make her toon live on!

dont get me wrong, but the last 3 monts like LOADS of peoples have passed away all over the place (not only ARo) and from maybe 400 peoples 2 actualy was for real :(

Someone with the name of Mesothornie was posting on the AOR board today, eagerly signing up for gigs.

I really hope this isn't some sick, sick scam. Some of us who have lost real life family and friends we played this game with *really* don't appreciate the joke. If it is legit, I'm truly sorry for your loss, but question the taste/wisdom of running her around. Don't you think this might be painful to those who knew her? When Faervas' sister died, we couldn't even bear to log her on to give her the armor we had made for her while she was in the hospital to leave her in Felwithe in. If it isn't legit, have a shred of decency and delete yourself now, please....

I know when I was in DoM Meso was sick and I do believe that this is her roommate but please at least invest the money and have your name changed.

It will make the game easier on you and the memory of your friend.

Name has been changed now. /shrug dunno how this will make her memory live on for others tho, but if it makes people feel better about it i suppose its no big deal.
