Why delete my post on the "Karma" thread? That thread will either earn a ton of posts if the real point is revealed, or it will be as lively as it is now. I don't see a point in posting pointless shit about something, and not having the balls to point out specifically what you're talking about, and thats what my post was about.

My point entirely about the Sandbox is that you use it as some sort of egotistical dumping grounds where you can label people (as you see fit). No one really starts posts there, it's pointless.

You deleted my post with a negative rep, basically stating that I bitch about not enough quality NAG posts, yet I posted "No one fucking cares." on the "Karma" thread, which was not a good quality NAG post. If, according to you, that was a "quality NAG post", then you are beyond fucking bonkers. The old thread posted as "Tuattha: The Truth!" was just as obscure, yet that got moved, this one did not. I think you're being prejudiced against a few people, and you either need to be even-keel to everyone, or just step down.

You complained about the Tuattha thread not turning into good NAG. We listened to that and have been more proactive in making sure we don't shut down any real NAGs or let them get stupefied and miss the drama. Now, you complain that I'm doing what you asked. That, and I think you're setting a world record for how long someone can keep pointing to one isolated event (Tuattha thread) as the basis for every argument they have.

If your job were actually better defined as, "X is allowed, B is not", you could say that. Once a day splitting of threads isn't a job. Don't count it as such, some people didn't ask you to do it in the first place, so don't bitch about it. Thats what the volunteer part is.

I'm not bitching about anything. You suggested that I'm too biased against the group of you that gets off on trying to thumb your noses at the rules here. I was just pointing out that yes it's very annoying, but I put effort into being as fair as I can. If you really think all I do is split threads once a day, you're really illustrating the lack of understanding you have for how much work we do to keep this thing running for you guys to abuse.

It's easy to get rid of me, if you think there's someone that would be better at it. Just complain to Kiv and convince him that you or whoever else is so much more fair and unbiased that I am, and will do a better job. Easy as that. Jumping up and down and causing a big scene, when I do what you've suggested in the past, is not the way to accomplish that.

It's working great for what it was intended to be. As I've said before, we never really thought anyone would start many threads there. If they don't, that really doesn't bother me at all, and has no bearing on the success of the idea.

Our staff thread dump is a place for things that are basically being deleted, but we want to hang on to. Sandbox is not for that. It's for off-topic and irrelevant posts to be moved to when they interfere with other threads, but it allows people to see where their post(s) went and continue posting on that subset of the thread.

Everyone wins, unless the only point of the posts was to try to interfere with the people actually discussing the thread topic.

Anyway, I'm not going to go around and around with you arguing when we obviously aren't going to agree. We work hard to make this a useful, fun place for everyone, not just the 1% who make 99% of the noise. If you have actual, constructive feedback for us; send it to us. If you have pointless complaints that just serve to set up an adversarial situation between you and the staff, without making anything better, keep making threads like this one.
