So this kinda blew my mind. Was bored at home and a friend and I saw there was a 15 day free trial of Shadowbane - so we downloaded it.
I dunno if any of you started playing back when it first came out but the servers were so laggy it was impossible to play. It caused many to quit, myself included. This is the first time getting back to the game since, years later.
So I tried to create a free trial account and it said e-mail in use, so I logged in using my old login / password and there was an option to "enable" the account. Not enter billing info, not start the free trial, just enable it.
When I clicked enable it unlocked all of the expansions and get this, gave me free play - for life. Mind boggling as it sounds, we tried on a few other accounts we started at the same time and the same deal, all free play. If you played Shadowbane for that week back when it sucked then gave it up, here's a free opportunity to get back to it :)
