Endeavour is scheduled for liftoff tonight on a trip to the ISS to do some house keeping.

Liftoff is sheduled for 7:55PM EST

You can probably pick the launch up on CNN but their coverage is usually crap.

You can tune into NASA TV a couple hours before liftoff and watch the entire procedings plus all the playbacks post launch:

Is this the last shuttle mission, or is there another one after this?
Gonna be weird to go 5 years w/o any space missions.

Barring one or two, I think I've seen every shuttle launch since I was about 5. Though I know how inefficient the orbiter has been for the roles that were dumped on it, it's going to be a shame to see its era end.

Oh, the retirement doesn't come until 2010.

The end of the shuttle is the end of an era, but the beginning of a new one: manned space base on the moon, manned trips to Mars, and beyond - that's exciting stuff that we will get to witness in our lifetime.
