The new boards have been live for quite a while now, and I myself am pretty happy with the move and the changes we've made.

But naturally, the work never ends. So I'd like to ask for some feedback. What do we need to improve or change around here to make your stay a little more enjoyable?

I love everything so far, but I'd still like to see some custom colors and graphics/logos. I'm pretty sure you guys have already been working on those things, but since you asked, I mentioned =)

We're constantly looking for themes that could improve the board's layout, but so far we've yet to find one we're satisfied with.

If you run across any good vbulletin styles, PM me or Sanchek with an URL and we'll take a look.

I think the boards have turned out pretty decent over all, But I do miss the old days of Nag when there was plenty of drama.. I dont think that can be changed anymore though. None of the newer population of eq will dare blame soandso for stealing his camp in BoT because the older jaded population will just slam him for being a noob and hunting in bot in the first place. And I rarely see the "uber" guilds have a good nag going due to competion not being what it used to be. I do miss the old days where every guild that could get to a mob would stab thier own mother in the back while trying to get to that mob. But alas I think those days are gone forever. I think those type of fights where better than any PvP type of games had to offer,, pure drama > all to me. I rarely ever post, but I have read these boards for years.

So far so good, my only complaints are the same everyone else has more smileys/frownies and change the blue it's so......sombering.

i like the look and fell of the board. but I don't get a sense of community. i don't know how many people are actually registered for the board or use it, but it doesn't seem like a lot of people are here, or any much worth using or reading like the old board. it just seems rather barren to me.

I dunno about the barren thing. We've got 617 registered members, not even counting all the people who read without registering. Most of the threads in all the boards get at least a few hundred views, if not a few thousand. That's not so bad.

I think the barren aspect is just due to the current color scheme. No, I'm not suggesting it change, I'd rather not hear the griping about it again.

I don't think anyone wants to keep the current scheme forever.

Unfortunately, there isn't a button labeled "click here to automatically change all the colors to look good, and then re-create all of the graphics to match the new colors". Or, maybe I just missed that one.

I just want my devil face icons back. That's all and I'm happy. Those have been my trademark post enders for the last 5 years. :(

Trikki, why don't you just get the link of the EZBoard devil icon and put it in your sig? Or keep the address handy and paste it wherever you want in your posts? Just a thought.

Overall, very good job.

Just a few minor complaints. Everything just seems to be... bulky. I guess I just like smaller font and fitting everything into a smaller space like ezboard did. Personal preference I suppose. And, huge sigs. I definetly prefered the much smaller sig rules. People could express themself, but their sig didn't compromise 75% of their post.

I like seeing people's signatures, but not when they fill up a quarter of my screen.

same sig rules that we had on ezboard I believe. NM Sanchek made em slightly wider.
