Obama was speaking 2 blocks from my building, so I took an hour and a half lunch to go see him. Boy am I hungry since I skipped lunch.

You could buy hot dogs at the rally I went to.

I didn't want to wait in yet another line. I did get 3 free bottles of water.

You mean he didn't feed the masses with lunch of two fish and five loaves of bread? What kind of Messiah is he, anyways? :p

Considering the river that the rally was next too, I wouldn't have eaten fish if they'd given it away for free!

McCain was here in MN today, close enough I could have gone; and, they were announcing 2000 free tickets were available to the event. If I could have been guaranteed a question, I would have gone just to hear whether Cindy McCain lambasted him as she did Obama for voting against the budget bill for the troops.
Instead of spending half a tank of gas going there and back, I drove back over to Target and spent the money on Sid Meier's Colonization. Amazing similarity between King George and a composite Bush/McCain likeness, hehehe.

One needs only be in his presence. The mere sight of Obama feeds the hungry, heals the sick, and brings hope to the ummm . . .hopeless . . .

Well, I didn't each lunch today and I wasn't all that hungry. Walked to the rally during my lunch hour.
