Yeah, it was a "profile" of potential militia members for use by the Missouri law enforcement community. Later withdrawn, but in the news some time back.

That Bierfeldt guy is lucky he wasn't carrying more cash on him. With the "war on drugs" legacy of unconstitutional seizure without proof of guilt, he would likely have been "assumed" to be dealing in narcotics and had it confiscated.
