Last night my son, known by some as Ryan and by others as Barlow Hemingway or Minibar or Menolil, sat in on a Poker tourney last night when he was done working and ended up the winner, getting a seat in the World event happening in Vegas at the end of the month, and a free trip to it with all expenses paid.

This comes on top of just getting selected to do the on-air promos for the Running Aces Casino here in Minnesota, and getting a bump in pay; so, not only does he supervise dealers now but he also gets to aggravate folks during their morning and afternoon drives.

I've been working 24 years at the post office, and this 24-year old whipper-snapper is making better money than me.

Well, I just wanted to say that if you have something you are good at doing and you enjoy it, find a way to make it work for you. Ryan loves playing cards, and bullshitting with people. He was a natural for this. Yeah, I am a proud pappy. :cool:
