Easily the funniest movie I've seen in the past 2, maybe 3, years.

We should discuss your comment. McLovin' and the cops were the best part of that film. Any time they were on screen I was dying and can't ever remember laughing that hard.

But the gay / straight question is still out there. I'd like to believe they both went off and got the girls and that Evan was just shy.

I went in expecting mediocre funny. Came out still laughing.

I didn't see any question about their propensity for man-love, after the scene in the mall at the end. They definitely wanted the girls.

When I saw the preview for this movie I thought it looked horrible. First, it claims to be the movie of this new generation. If that is true, help us all. Secondly, stupid highschool kids trying to get laid has been done how many times?

That said, everyone says it is hilarious so I have to see it. :D

And then i laughed and i laughed and i laughed so hard that 3/4ths of the way through the movie i was physically tired and it hurt to laugh, but i still did.

I went from calling it Superbad to Superbadass!

Haven't seen it, but the Onion's AV Club review praises the film, culminating with, "...this is the Citizen Kane of dick-joke movies."
