Anyone from the original "grassroots" movement is certainly against that. For that matter, anyone who's even read the 4th Amendment should know this garbage is wrong from start to finish.

Unfortunately, seeing as how Obama voted for FISA immunity in the Senate and has now taken no steps to stop this, I'm not optimistic.
