I think he should be allowed to see her. He's the one choosing to want to see her, he's an adult, and I'm assuming the court order was made to protect him, and not his teacher.

He is the alledged victim, AND he is a legal adult. If HE want to lift the ban, there is no sense whatsoever in keeping it.

Keeping the ban against his will isn't merely senseless, it's utterly immoral and corrupt.

Furthermore, he ALONE have the right to decide if he's a victim at all. Others took upon themselves to make the choice for him before, because he was a child.

Children who have sex with adults are usually victims on a emotopnal and psychological level. And there is no way to defend them without having child/adult sex banned outright. Age of consent laws are thus a nessesary evil.

We sacrifie the wellbeing of some children and their morally innocent andult friends, for the sake of many other children who we wouldn't be able to defend otherwise. But we don't like to think about it that way, we like to feel good about ourselves. So we pretend that everyone who is a victim by definition on a political level is also a victim in reality on a emotional and psychological level.

Denying a adult the right to decide for himself, for no other reason then to protect our own security blanket illusions, that would be selfishly cruel beyond all reason.

We don't have the right to pretend to be this adult mans legal guardian.

The state, county, and city governments should all sue or arrest him and his family for lying in court when they sued everyone they could think of 6 years ago. He and his family lied under oath over and over and they're proving it every time they open their mouths now.
