Besides, property signs won't work since I can change armor. There is more the the Test than meets the eyes.

That was "bright" green as in NEON, Glows in the Dark and visible for 10 zones green. Forgot to clarify - I spray painted you, not your armour. But that can be fixed...


*spray paints "Property of Febreeza" all over Jzonn and on all of his armour in bright green. Then spreay paints "Property of Febreeza" on everything else that Jzonn thinks he owns. The colour is so bright that is is visible on anything, glows in the dark, and can be seen from a 10 zone radius.*

I'm tops in Brewing under the previous limit of 168. I just noticed some new recipes to take it higher and might pick it back up.

i think i'll go practice a new trade skill soon...baking :b . after i got brewing to 135 in just two days (and being only a few hours a day online) i want to see if baking goes up that quick too ;) .

i know a potter and a smith. i have yet to find out which way is the cheapest *and* efficientest (sp?) one to master the skill. i'm kinda lazy even when it would only be running two zones.

I also have taken up fletching, but it is a expensive trade skill. I've tossed away lots of plat in the name of getting one more skill point in fletching.

Agreed. You can reach a point where you will make money selling it to the vendors, but it take a bit of time to get there. I'm currently sitting at a skill of 162. I reached this point to make it more likely to make Trueshots. I only wanted one, but I have it and I can still make lots of arrows as I need them.

My fletching skill is at 168. I have Rain Caller and was given a Tolan's Bracer as a gift. Even still... I have to keep the fletching kit and all my plat in the bank or I'd fletch away all my money just to raise the skill higher.

my fletching is at 150 at the moment, and i'm not looking to raise it further because the only thing i wanted to be able to do is making some nice arrows, and i can do that, so i'm fine.

it came to a point (a bit under 150) where it got really expensive to gain skill improves too. i didn't spend that much pp (under 100pp or only a bit more) to get the skill that high, and only a few hours work too ;) .

all in all i think fletching is one of the cheapest skills overall, if you have high WIS/INT and follow a good guide which shows a cheap way to fletch.

How many Warriors and Rangers do you know who have a good Wis/Int at the time they need to fletch? :lol

and I know it sounds insane... but I want to be a master fletcher...

Insane because I can't use the arrows....

But some how... well, in my heart I love Rangers... and I always thought I would be able to tempt them with uber arrows fletched with my own bare hands...

Heck I buy the cheap ones. It is cheaper than making them and the only thing I use them for is getting the mobs attention. I can do that with 1 dmg or critting a 45. (I received a Runed Oak Bow off of Coloth Meadowgreen by default) Doesn't matter either way I have their attention. And get to keep the majority of my money. :b

And I agree Casidy the majority of those Rangers have no real interest in your arrows ;)

What's even cheaper is to get a magician or a ranger to summon arrows for you.

Febreeza - Archery ... I learned the merits of this ... watching my nearly warlord friend killing small critters with one arrow... for sport...

He can hit for somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 I believe with an arrow.

1pt I would agree with you... but when he can shoot an arrow and knock a target to the ground dead... I should think it would be extremely useful for pulling ;-)

But that takes all the fun of beating out of the equation. And I certainly became a warrior cause I like beating up on some things. Actually small critters (45 hp or less) I usually kill with one anyways.

Like I said, I only use them to get their attention. I like using my weapons. And if they are that easy to kill they can't touch me anyways. Spent a couple hours in SRo the other night gathering poison components. Until that ugly SG decided to swat me, no one touched my hp. He on the other hand needed to die very very badly.

Casidy, everyone knows Rangers are the best archers (at least in literature). I just know we're gonna get that insta kill shot just as Rogues got one on their backstabs. ;)

Well this goes to the part about whether you need wis or int for the arrow making and stuff, I have a ranger that is level 26 (I use him only to camp the GBS) and he is a master at fletching and he only has a wis of like 89 (my friend made this char and palyed him, he sucks at what to put stats where)

I would say we don't have a reasonable shot at being the best archers until level 51 (perhaps earlier if you are fortunate to acquire one of the choice bows only Rangers can use). Until then, a Warrior can accomplish the same feats.

Neither can a Ranger until level 45. And a Warrior doesn't have to. They can fletch comparable arrows much sooner or bug a Mage to summon them.

That is just Role playing Roso, personally druids are cool. I have a level 51 druid on Cazic-Thule. So RL they are cool, Just with Roso, well they have killed him and he has killed them so it is a mutual hate list there.
