Had a really good chuck roast with roasted red potatoes, carrots and turnips for dinner today. Roast turned out super moist and could cut with a fork. :)

Dang, all I managed was a couple of cheap tacos on the way home. I need to dig out my cook book of recipes for easy to reheat meals.

I had dirty rice. Zatarains. Which is obviously delicious, but I'm anxious to graduate college and start making respectable meals.. :o

Zatarains can be really good as a base for a quick meal. You can add spices, different meats and veggies to a lot of their boxed stuff.

Grab some cajun sausage (Johnsonville, for example) and cut into bite size pieces and add into the Zat variety du jour and you get a fast, tasty meal.
I like the red beans and rice, too. But not the jambalaya; for that, I make my own using Justin Wilson's recipe as a guideline.
