Awesome story though. Those girls should be commended.

I saw that news piece on the national and local news. It does give some hope for that generation; it flies in the face of all the normal stories of selfishness and shallowness and apathy and overall lack of respect for anything other than self that the news seems so determined to feed us constantly regarding today's youth.

That team, that coach, those parents, their teachers, all those who have influenced such kids to behave like that should be commended.

That should be rated the sports story of the year, rather than whatever negative story ultimately gets that nod.

wonder if we can get it nominated for a ESPY.

I am sure it will be.
