I found it on the SoE forums, this is the thread:
Greetings Adventurers!
As a quest-a-holic, I began to write down all the quests I could find on various websites in an Excel spreadsheet. Over the weeks this spreadsheet became a mighty handy companion during my travels through Norrath. So today I decided to put together a downloadable version of this EQII Checklist. Maybe other people will find it to be a handy document as well.
What exactly is it?
The spreadsheet currently lists no less than 1724 quests. All listed by region, and alphabetically organised. Not only does it list the name of the region and the name of the quest, it also gives some information on the location of where the quest can be found (NPC's, items, etc.) and it has square where you can tick the quests you found and/or finished.
The spreadsheet is made for 2 characters to keep track of, and it has 4 seperate pages:
- 1724 Quests on the first sheet
- a sheet for Collection Quests (including all the pieces you need for each collection)
- a sheet for City Writs (with more detailed information on them)
- a list of all books sold by both Sage Indis Surion (Qeynos) and Sage Navarius Orvalis (Freeport), including the price of the books.
Let me know if you have any additions, corrections, etc. It would be greatly appreciated. I plan to upload an updated version of the file once a week, since new quests (and corrections of old ones) will be found daily.
I have to give credit to the following websites for providing excellent databases, not only for quests but also for items, maps etc:
EverQuest II @ The Tower Of Dreams (http://www.gry-online.pl/eq2/index.asp) (best place for maps)
EverQuest II @ Allakhazam's Magical Realm (http://eq2.allakhazam.com/) (lots of quests, not always named/placed correctly though)
EverQuest II @ Online Gaming Network (http://eq2.ogaming.com/) (best database i've seen so far)
EverQuest II @ Ten Ton Hammer (http://eq2.tentonhammer.com/) (great overview of city writs)
Clan Whitestorm (http://clanwhitestorm.com/) (a wealth of info can be found here)
And also all the people who posted in this topic (http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=gld&message.id=3934) on the official forums for great info on city writs as well. Awesome work guys!
Make sure to visit those sites if you need more detailed information on the quests listed in this spreadsheet.
Happy Adventuring!
