The Unhealthiest Drink in America
Baskin Robbin’s Large Heath Bar Shake (32 oz)
2,310 calories
266 g sugar
108 g fat (64 g saturated)

Let's look at America's Worst Drink in numbers:

73: The number of ingredients that go into this milkshake.
66: The number of teaspoons of sugar this drink contains.
11: The number of Heath Bars you would have to eat to equal the number of calories found in one Baskin Robbins Large Heath Bar Shake.
8-12: The average number of minutes it takes to consume this drink.
240: The number of minutes you’d need to spend on a treadmill burning it off, running at a moderate pace.

How is that even possible!?

I once had a "Super Sized" chocolate shake from McDonalds that probably rivalled that drink. (My friends later referred to it as the "Bucket O' Shake".) I think they accidentally used a larger cup than usual, since I had never received a shake that size before.

Vitamin Water on that link is awful. I drank a ton of it before I looked at the label, its chock full of sugars.

Had a room-mate once. He went to Jack in the Box and ordered a Double Ultimate Cheeseburger (thats right, 4 patties, 8 pieces of cheese, ungodly amount of mayo, etc), with a shake. He wanted super-sized fries (or whatever they call it at Jack's) and apparently they supersized his shake too. So he had this bucket of shake, ungodly burger and the biggest fries possible.

Yeah. He's fat. Even when I was big (325lb) I never ate like that.

While I was losing weight, I became a calorie counter. There's a LOT of things out there that people probably wouldn't think twice about eating that are extremely high in calories. One of the big killers is mixed coffee drinks (ala Starbucks). You do it right, you can have a 1100+ calorie coffee. Mmmm... nothing like starting your day with almost a full day's worth of energy. I don't think anyone orders their drinks made with Breve (half and half instead of milk) on a regular basis, but still.. ugg. A large white chocolate mocha with whole milk and whipped cream is still 620 cal, and I've been standing in line behind plenty of people who order stuff like that regularly. My typical lunch is 300 - 500 cal...

Double Ultimate Cheeseburger? That's nothing. Don't you remember the 19,490 calorie, 100-patty burger?

My girlfriend's grandfather swears chocolate moose can't be fattening because its so light and fluffy. He'll refuse to believe otherwise. But he's 90, guess he can think whatever the fuck he wants.

I wonder what the specs are on the non-fat, sugar free, no whip white moca? That's what I tend to get. Whole milk tastes like phlegm (sp) to me.

I can't stand skim (too much like water) or whole (too much like drinking a solid). 2% all the way.

1% is the best, All the flavor, none of the calories/fat/phlegm for your arteries....

I guess 2% is ok but still a little thick for me. I've never had 1% that I know, I might have to check that out :D I like soy too.

Why not just drink water? Sure it may get cold, but it just tastes like milk that had several ice cubes melt in it.

I don't like watered down beer, pop with melted ice, etc.

Probably around 200 cal for a tall (small). The calculator at their site doesn't have the sugar-free syrup for White Mocha. The non-fat, no whip tall is 270 cal and on the tall cinnamon dolce when you go from normal to sugar-free syrup, it drops about 70 cal. I'd assume its about the same one the White Mocha.

As to non-fat milk... its all I drink. I used to hate it... think it tasted like water.. but once you get used to it, its not so bad. Now if I drink whole milk it seems too rich.. like drinking cream.
