He doesn't deserve an award.
He deserves some heavy artillery for the next time they come around and the cash to hire some people to help him fire it.

I think they meant Browning semi-automatic shotgun, as fully automatic weapons are illegal and I've never seen an automatic shotgun. He should be Charleston's "Man of the Year."

Some day someone may have the balls to try and outlaw possesion of firearms in the US.
I would`ve probably done the same thing in his position. But the police can`t go around letting off vigilantes like him. It`s the police`s job to stop people like those thugs, not some fool with a pump action
shotgun :P
Btw i don`t give a crap if it`s in your constitution to own a firearm, that thing is hundreds of years old..Times change.

Btw Marz,Nice beamer
very cool design
I Totally agree this guy should get a big medal. Hey Nexx no landmines use claymores. ooh and aesahaetr STFU since when is protecting yourself considered being a vigalante. I don't totally agree with groups like the NRA that everyone should own fully automatic assault rifles but people should be able to protect themselves on their own property. Someday someone may even make all guns illegal to own in the United States but thats ok they still make louisville sluggers.

hey aesahaetr..
If guns were outlawed... the only people in that situation with guns would have been the drug dealers.

The Constitution is equipped to change and mold to current times and issues. Times change and the Constitution can change with it.

The police cannot be every where, all the time.
I agree with L2. It took me months, lots of paperwork and background checks to get the hand guns I have now.
If that was outlawed, it would take me 2 phone calls and $500 to get AK47s from my friend.
Outlawing guns won't do shit.

thats a good difference in perspective...
Europeans are willing to put total trust in the government for security.
Americans are more individualists.. they want (generally) to be responsible or at least have a hand in, their own security. You break into my house.. IM gonna handle it.. me..
