We engage first, you hop in, realize you are going to lose, so you gather up some more mobs and wipe out everyone, knowing you can recover faster since you have less people. In the process of doing this, you wiped out Mark of Honor at least twice by opening the door to HoT after they had pulled the pit mobs. I love the way you waited by the door to do this. If you had waited for them to clear the pit, you wouldn't have had to worry about it, would you? Nope, but you were afraid that they (or Prism, who was waiting for them to clear) would have beaten you to Doze.
