EW yeah they did good, no big news there other than the fact they are the top guild and did a sick amount of recruiting. IvM did a lot of recruiting as well even though they haven't reached the point where they need so many members but are close to it. SoCrovax is gimp.

It's harder for a Euro guild to recruit on a euro timeslot simply put. Landslide has done a ridiculous amount of recruiting but has turned away a lot more people than have applied simply because a good portion of the players play on a U.S. timeslot and can't handle the time difference as well as they thought they could.

Gandien got a girlfriend, that took him out of EQ alot. His guild couldn't hold it together without his leadership. Say what you want about the guy good or bad, but it was a pleasure following his lead for 2.5 years.

Yes it was. He went to great lengths for anyone in his guild. I was upset when CB fell apart, but looking back I am just glad I had a chance to be part of it.

Korn, Kuvil, and I are going down to Morogon's this winter to clean his bathroom. I got Korn this new shop vac but Kuvil got high and ate all the attachments so we've been making Korn scrub all the bathrooms with his mouth. Kuvil makes a mean Chicken catchatorre (sp?).

Hope you've learned how to spell Gandien. Hope all is well with you and all the peeps from CB. I absolutely do not miss the game that much..only the times when we all got to play together and when things were new.

But like someone said in another thread, no matter how old school you go, its impossible to go back and replay those great times with everyone unless you have a flux capacitor and 1.21 jiggowatts per hour delivered from a bolt of lightning striking a metal rod attached to a Delorean or some old fashioned plutonium.

I know Gulsen/Archangels is still kicking around, he's playing WoW. Exlandria's fine, for those of you who remember that far back.

If it weren't for having played QWTF before EQ, all of my nostalgic memories would be here. Got more than my share here still, though.

Played WoW for a while with some friends on Elune, then had to get responsible, move out, and now live in Texas working for a living doing nothing I'm paritcularly proud of, save taking care of somebody that I love being with, which is worth all the trouble and more.

I still miss the old guild forums, wish they were never taken down. Hell, I think I snapped up the domain a few months ago, out of sheer nostalgia reasons.

Still wish I was there for more of it, kept having to take breaks because of school. Damn school. Look at all the good it did me!

I got some random email from Zhubok or something. I'm not sure if he meant to send it to me because it was directed to someone else as well...anyway it was talking about starting up on a new WoW server or something (this was about 2 months ago).

I checked in on Elune every once in awhile to see Turkeys was gone then I tried to keep in touch with a few folks but they poofed. I stopped playing WoW back in July. I've just been hanging out and reading random forums and seeing what people are up to. Seems if most of the Ayonae folks that were on Elune poofed?

TiT fell apart about two months in when Drakz ninja'd control of the guild while I was at class one night taking my final exams. He made some claims about me ebaying guild funds or some stupid shit, I forget. Either way I bailed and went to join FoH. A few others quit or left. Those that remained formed Elegy. They basically started having problems due to all the retarded drama they kept bringing on themselves. But what do you expect when you let a little emo fag run things? Which is a shame because Saman's updates = $$. Ask Fadorn about penis pasta sometime. <3

The guild I guess eventually imploded after Saman/Dyschord bailed. I think a few ended up going to play on the EQ progression servers or something. I think a handful stayed on Elune but rerolled as alliance. Not sure. A few joined me on Hyjal/Black Dragonflight.

I don't really keep in touch much anymore with anyone from CB cept for Fazin and occasionally Leto (who plays VG almost religiously). There's some oooooold school CB people I think who play alliance, though I can't remember what the name of the guild or what server it is off the top of my head. I think Bolpar and Lueren still play, though again, what server I don't know. 8(

You play WoW? I'm currently on Vek'nilash atm with 2 60's (Priest and warlock) and a third on the way. No guild yet as i'm too busy in real life to do much more than solo and the occasional groups. Hopefully it will get better..lol

He had just finished inventing a fully working time worm hole when Zangal clogged the machine up with some delivery boxes, caused the whole thing to go into a never ending loop and he's permanently stuck being warped between the time Yasp killed a quest mob we needed for VT keys and the time I tried to get away with selling loot I'd ninja'd on a guild raid.

There are folks still guilded as Landslide but the guild is all dead from what I understand.

Starrla, is there much less lag with out the massess of people that EQ used to have?

They have improved EQ's graphics and I believe that might contribute to some of the lag I experience in the game. I mostly do not have a real lag issue until I come in contact with upwards of close to 50 in close proximity of me. I need a new computer...bleh
