Sad fact of life that calling any large business results in an endless dialing of numbers in search of results. And when you don't get your answer and want to talk to an actual living creature? A pain in the ass!
Fortunately, there is the Get Human (http://www.gethuman.com/us/) database. Want to talk to a rep about your Sears credit card? Hit '0' 7 times. MetLife? Hit # 4 times. Best Buy? Press 1, 1, 1, #, # and then wait through the three prompts asking for your phone number. For MicroSoft just press 0 to get the operator, but finishing with 2, 2, 8, 4, 6, 2 pulls the service reps skull through his anus while he whistles Kum-ba-ya.
