A US Navy sailor is charged with espionage (http://home.hamptonroads.com/stories/story.cfm?story=108896&ran=82404). He was apparently arrested last March, but this is the first I'd heard of it. The Saudi daily Al-Watan says he gave the info to Israel (http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1154525834949&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull), according to the Jerusalem Post.

I saw this today too about China executing someone for spying for Taiwan.

So there's a time when it's not touchy? ;P
Bad news indeed, worse news is during a time of war you can be shot.
Depends on nations footing atm I guess.

They will dismiss charges for lack of evidence, put him back on ship, and he will have an unfortunate accident at sea, and the body could not be recovered.
If sufficient evidence is present, the above scenario works for me.
