I may sound like a fucking idiot, but I havent been "on-top" of my music in the past few months, and I cant even remember the last CD I bought... I think it was the new Incubus CD, but whatever, Ive listened to it along with like 3 other CDs like 3 times and day and Im sick of it, need to go buy a few new good albums, have any Punk/Rock bands released any good new albums worth buying? Im not talking about blink 182 bull shit like that either..... leave me some reccomendations...

if you are into older rock, i would recommend Jet, their new CD has alot of mix between various older band-styles, like AC/DC, the beatles, the who, the list goes on

Gokuu's sister has a good album out. Although it's more of a single. And at that, it's more of a movie.

If you like rap, the new D12 CD coming out this month is going to be sick. I still find myself listening to Disturbed's latest album as well, if you like that kind of music.

Jet is pretty good.
The Darkness is good also.
I picked up The vines this past week, and it's an ok cd. It has it's good tracks.
Cd of the year = Korn, Take a Look in the Mirror.

I recommend The Darkness as well. GREAT STUFF! Boston/Styxx/Triumph/Blue Oyster Cult all in one band.
Not sure how heavy you like your music, but if your looking for punk i'd just stay with the Misfits. Can't go wrong there..=)

Unless you listen to anything they did after Danzig left.

I got a pretty broad range of music, heres a taste:
Rancid, Incubus, Pennywise, System of a Down, Less Than Jake (old stuff), The Distillers, Rage, NOFX, Dropkick Murphies.... The Darkness is pretty damn good also...

If you like Incubus then you'll like Hoobastank as I am a huge Incubus fan and both are similar. Also! 311 is amazing.
I used to be Maylen!

If you're into stuff like Nofx and Rancid you'd probably like the Descendents and Face to Face. Misfits are always good too as long as it's w/Danzig~
Might wanna check out the Transplants CD if you haven't heard it, too.

Every time I hear Rancid I think how great it is that the Clash is still putting out albums.
I bought one of Rasputina's latest yesterday; it's the first CD I've bought in like 3 years (and I have 0 MP3's at that). If I could find the new Faith and the Muse album around here I'd pick that up, too. Beyond that, listen to Love and Rockets, Bauhaus, Thrill Kill Kult, and the like.
