The Russians have their own terrorists to worry about; I wonder if homegrown assholes are responsible or if it was a foreign group.

Well it looks like Bin Laden set the standard for others to follow.

People have been hijacking and/or bombing airplanes since Bin Laden was in diapers.

It appears to have been a single Chechen suicide bomber (female) in each case.

Such attacks accomplish nothing but revenge and will *guarantee* more retaliation in Chechnya and elsewhere. When it comes down to tit-for-tat, I have no doubt the Russians can (and will) kill more Chechens than Chechens kill Russians. Counterproductive in the extreme if you ask me.
