Yeah probably. I ended up dropping $600 to upgrade to play the damn thing.

Yeah, the hard ware req's are kinda high, though not as high as people think.

The big thing is having 2 gigs of RAM (not THAT expensive these days), and a decent vid card. I know of peeps with 2GB RAM, an X1650 Pro and a P4 3.0GHz processor playing the game. They don't have everything on bust, but they play every night, so it can't be that unbearable.
