Just saw this movie...WOW!

If you strip it down, yes the plot is somewhat simplistic, but again in previous threads i have mentioned we are becoming a society that needs crazy twists and what not.

Only one disappointment the whole time, there is a scene where jolie is on the train the first time the get on it and it looks so lamely CGI'd, the rest of the movie was well done in the SFX except that one scene and it angered me

Is it just me or is Common starting to pop up everywhere (he is the gunsmith)

Also i MUST check out the comic book had no idea it was one.

In the end LOVED the movie

the end where she does the uber curve taking everyone out and keeping to the code was awesome. The FINAL scene where MF says "fuck" classic

Hey, it is Angelina Jolie in an action flick.

Until they do the next Lara Croft episode (which is supposed to be in the works), this will have to do.

It was a great movie, I give it a 9 out of 10. I'm going to have to try and get my hands on the comic book(s):D

Saw it yesterday and must say it rocked. To say it's gory is an understatement but it's not like awful gory and it sort of fits in with the plot. I especially liked him shooting the repairman in the head and dragging him down the hall using him as a bodyguard shooting more bullets out of his head.

From what I hear this is a very loose adaptation of the comics so don't be expecting the same type thing.

Also jesus christ jolie needs to eat or something, seeing her bones poke thru was so not hot. She looks sickly and not in shape. I hope she gets a little beefier for tomb raider she always looked so much better in those movies than in anything I've seen from her since she gave birth and started saving all the kids in Asia.

But all that aside great movie and one I will own :)

Not to spoil things, but I loved the "Barry's tooth" scene. :D

And very funny movie, the car's scenes are awesome, completely crazy of course!

I loved it because it didn't take itself at all seriously.

When James McAvoy was rampaging through the factory at the end, it had a very Matrix-ish feel (the first one, of course, not the rubbish shit that came after).

But, oddly, I found the first half an hour - the scenes with him slowly cracking under the monotony of office-life, and almost every scene with his mate banging his girlfriend - the best of the movie.

Yeah, 8/10 for this, was cracking.
