Okay so I've leveled up to 33 all while staying in my own tier for RvR.

Now that I'm in Tier 4 I'm finding alot of 31 and lower's ( some as low as 28) jumping in the scenarios.

As you can imagine when you have more than a few 20's in your T4 scenario you get spanked....hard. For even with the hp buff to 36 they receive they lack all the other essentials to be viable.

Now my gripe is , when these folks are asked to do their own teir, they generally laugh and become quite.....agressive.

Stupid fools, in their own tiers they'd get tons more exp and reknown and be effective at the same time......

I completely agree with I see this all the time and it irks me silly. If you can't be higher level and be in a tier below you then you shouldn't be allowed to join scenarios in tiers above you. Dumb idiots.
