Howdy Folks

Just wondering....

I don't think there's a server board for my server on SWG. Was wondering, what would you suggest if you were to start one up yourself? Any and all tips appreciated.

I second phpbb.

I personally like vBulletin more than phpBB because it has a better template system. But phpBB has the advantage of being open-source (well, opened in the sense of being free) and GPL'd. vBulletin is not without its merits. It was the first decent PHP-mysql based bulletin board. Most bulletin boards are based off the release of vB2, including phpBB and Invision Power Board. Just wait for the release of vB3; it will have much better threading support than vB2 or phpBB.
