He's not resigning because of his sexual preference or even the harassment case being brought against him - he is resigning because he gave a top job(and salary) to someone who wasn't even a citizen of the country or qualified simply because he was fucking him. When that didn't work, he kept paying him a 6 figure salary and moved him around from job to job to keep him close.
