Personally it seems to me like its a game company trying to communicate with a ton of different divisions across the globe trying to cover it up. Still though, its pretty...odd. Thoughts?

This is most likely similiar to the website where the guy discovered the broken camera and developed the film which was pictures of some giant submarine I think.
