Is it just a shadow of the trees?

This was taken in the Wheatfield, a part of Gettysburg Battlefield over the Memorial Day weekend.

"Charge and counter charge on the afternoon of July 2 left this field and nearby woods strewn with more than 4,000 dead and wounded Union and Confederate soldiers. Thousands of troops fought in this area and veterans compared it to a whirlpool- a stream of eddies and tides that flowed around the 19 acres of wheat owned by farmer George Rose, that changed hands six times"

Just a shadow, because I don't see a thing in the square.
Our brains are hardwired to try and make sense of random shapes and stuff.
The best example is the "man in the moon"
Many people see the outline of a man's face in the rantom craters and old lava fields of the moon's surface.

two of them are right in teh center. One looks like a demon the other looks like a man screaming. The third is in the right hand corner of the barn.

Hell, if ya look hard enough you can see a chicken on the left side.
