Well, it's honestly a decent question, absolutepro. Here's how it works for me.

I really dislike Zilor, and by association many of the people he associates with. It's due to some of my past history with guilds he's been in, and his antics on the board. Zilor loves to come here and play the fool.

Many posters ehre have long memories, and while I can't speak for their personal experiences with Zilor, it comes across that they don't care for his presence in game on possibly on the boards either. The lash out at him, whic just seems amusing to Zilor.

Now, this as a majority occured (Zilor's bulk posting) several months ago...Zilor was flaming people and being a jerk in the game. He was getting away with a reat deal, and there seemed to be no reasoning, controling, or just plain getting along with him. Then one day on the boards, a chink appeared in his armor...he's married in RL to Goewyn. This came about because Zilor saw fit to post some RL details of some past associations of his, and hinted strongly about him having a 'relationship' with someone's wife...and that did not go over well.

As you can imagine, many people here decided to be offended, and started to attack Zilor in the only way he noticed - through Goewyn.

Here's some of the reasoning that went on. 1) Verbally attack Goewyn, so she gets upset. 2) Goewyn transfers this unhappiness to Zilor. 3) Zilor becomes upset. 4) Zilor hopefully shuts up and goes away.

The reasoning worked to some degree aparently. Zilor didn't post under the names Zilor or grmy for a while...and then re-appeared a couple weeks ago, stirring up old hatreds with his usual antics.

People attacked back, whether they were involved or not. Some went right for the jugular, and went for Goewyn. After the attacks on Goewyn, Zilor didn't post anymore, even though he only posted once really. That is interpereted as reinforcement of the theory.

I myself promised to never attack Zilor though his wife quite some time ago, as I believe in handling my own problems with people in the most direct manner possible. But I have to somewhat shake my head and think that Zilor has brought many of this strife down on himself and Goewyn. It's a shame, but it's there, and it will likely continue.

There you have my opinion.

And another opinion of mine is that Zilor is a muffin-headed mushroom man.
