Same thing that happened in the Midwest around christmas time. Freak came and took that young lady while she was on her cell phone in a shopping mall parking lot. I still haven't read if she was ever found. The moment the caught him they should have tourtured him to hell either died or gave up her position.

You all know my feelings on this. I work daily with men like that. It's tougher then you think. I hope they find her but im afraid they won't or not all of her. Pain would not be enough. Death is not either. this guy needs to suffer.

News is still coming in but the one thing that was said this morning, in a round about way, is that they will be seeking the death penalty.

When they executed Ted Bundy I couldn't help feeling bad for his mom and family and I thought, at the time, it was cruel that people were there at the prison having electricution tailgate parties. I'm not saying he didn't deserve the death penalty, he totally did and I'm an advocate for the death penalty - I just felt bad for his family. Since then I've had two daughter, one just 3 years younger than Carlie at this time and when they fry this guy I will gladly take a road trip and cook hamburgers out of the back of the van and cheer them on when they flip the switch. Electricution is too good for this guy - they should take him to main street and hang his ass along with the lawyer that got him off the last time he attempted a kidnapping on a twenty year old woman.

It just takes something like this to hit close to home change people's opionions about the death penalty. Its so simple for those who oppose it to think it will never effect them but this is clearly an example of a person who should have never seen the day light of freedom from behind bars..at least this time he will fry...if he makes it that long.

I hope this guy gets put into general pop and the guards look away for a while while some big fella by the name of Bubba thoroughly abuses him...a lot. Then they can hang his ass out in the sun I like the razor blade idea but stick him in the ocean salt will really hurt and little fishes can peck at him for fun.

If he is given the death penalty he will go to a "death row" of course. 23 hours a day lockdown. Mandatory appeals will last at least 10 years. They will hopefully fail(virtually all do) and shortly after that he will be executed. Lethal injection is Florida's method of choice. Now during all these years friends like Sarr and Baltass will get to pay for his daily care with taxes. It's too bad. This guy deserves death NOW.

I wish we would go back to using Old Sparky ... something about frying assholes like this seems better than lethal injection.

I would just settle for a quick trial and a quick execution by any method though. I live in Tampa and the thought of paying for this assclown's cable TV for twenty years makes me want to barf.

I live north of Tampa (not too far from where this happened) and have been keeping up with the story.

Apparently this is one of those cases where some guy that is nice turns out to be a phycho. Joe Smith is the guys name and his friends and neighbors say he never could have done this.. Well I've seen his picture and the photos from the carwash camera, it's definately the same guy.

I personally don't care if he has mental illness or he's bipolar or whatever.. Get someone to take care of his three daughters and inject the guy.
