just out of curiosity, by any chance does anyone know of a website where someone could find out from a phone number,(like 1-419-525-XXXX)things such as who the number belongs to and where its comeing from, (darn prank caller)any info would be greatly appreciated :)
P.S.i would post the whole number but i figure it wouldn't be a the right thing to do. Even tho I would find it funny to have their phone ringing left and right from a few hunded or more people calling them every few minutes for a few days:devil hehe its tempting but nope i better not:D

Go to www.whitepages.com and then do a reverse phone number lookup. If its a cell phone though your pretty much out of luck unless you want to pay to get the info.

thanks for the link ,didnt have any luck with it but it was worth a try and no this isnt a GF problem ,hate to say it but i havn't had a GF quite a long time, ive met a few since the last one but usualy things dont work out either because i dont want to go to with them every other night (cuz i rarely drink)or because /shrug who knows :( oh well mabee eventualy ill meet some hot gnome gal :o but till then its nice being single and free;)

If it is indeed a call number, you can refer it to your local law enforcement agency. No, don't call 911 screaming 'THEY WON"T STOP CALLING ME!' Call during business hours. Alot of agencies have on call investigators for felony crimes, but may bot have someone available to assist you at 0400. Request their investigations unit. Most cell service providers maintain a 24 hour service center devoted to law enforcement issues, such as 911 hangup calls or threats. A subpoena can be issued for the cell owner's information for charges to be filed against the owner. And yes, there's the question as to whether the owner is responsible. The way that law enforcement looks at it is if you pay the cell bill, you must be using the phone or at least ya know who has been. Hope this helps a bit.
