Look i joined a guild yesterday with some guys i relay liked and enjoyed hanging out with , to log on today to find out i was booted from the guild the guy mentioned posts from here i am just now reading everything. Its no big secret on the story on amp 3 owners i found out the first one stole lied and got over 13 warnings on the acount then sold it to a guy who was actualy a nice guy but coned me into trading my acount for this one , once i get here i battle with people it goes on and on a battle that wasnt even worth the trouble on both sides , i destroy amp build a warrior named Gukujunior to 61 then a magi Molton to 55 then a rogue named vike . And i did destroy amp down and anything the orginal owner had goten him is gone . I dont want any problems with anyone not even realy a reason to have issues , its a game and if this guy did something to somone in the past i do apologise for it after 13 warnings and stealing from a guild its truely a wonder the guy didnt get the acount banned but i called sony got it all cleared up i have not goten 1 warning , anyone who knows my warrior Gukojunior magi Molton or my rogue vike has nothing bad to say about me , anyone who has grouped with amp recently and thats lower levels has nothing to say bad about me or my game play. I joined a guild of people who liked me, but then booted me based on posts on this forum, which I have recently read (right before posting this).

I got involved with a scammed account. In the "negotiating" process, I damaged the part that the other parties cared about such that they stopped carring. Of the parties involved, I was in the right, anyway.

I've managed to somehow convince Sony to not ban this account, even though I'm not the original owner, and the password has been compromised by someone who violated the loot distribution policies of a guild. My fasttalk skills are slick enough to have them remove the warnings from the account.

My characters are a warrior Gukujunior, level 61, magicain Molton, level 55 and a rogue named vike. Please guild me. Please also let Amp join a separate guild and let bygones be bygones.

The history of my account is unimportant. No really. People who feel obligated to cut the account down are liars. Ignore them. Final Destiny Dropped the Subject, and are therefore classy. Especially that chick Chenoa. And some random monk.

If you think less of my account because of what other people say, talk to Chenoa or that random monk. They know I have class. People who read and reply on the NAG board don't have class, you can be classy by just ceasing to read this board!

We are a moderately sized laid back guild. Coincidentally our guild merged with XA and later split back and reformed. Half of our members or more were in XA..which makes it humorous to me that you are talking down to my guild, considering a good many of us were there when most of "your" gear dropped and you were not.

My warrior has better-than-epic weapons. My rogue is parlament-fungified - and he's only level 30! HAH! I don't need high-end guildraids. I've got it all!

Dragons of Mist was originally put together before the first GL was level 50. We have been a guild built upon friendship rather than the need to acquire the latest and greatest or visit the biggest zones. Even though this frustrates me every once in a while, I do not have the time to do the raids with a bigger guild and would not wish to leave the company of these people for backpacks of Time loot ... nor will I ever.

I know I'm just throwing gasoline on the fire, but you have assured that you will never have the privilage of knowing what it's like to share space in my guild.

Anyways, just wanted to say something about Sect of Honor. I am in Soldiers of Valor, but am very close with the guild leader of SoH in RL. So when I saw that Amp's name was on his screen, I said oh lord. BUT...I told him, don't kick him out because he's a retard, make sure and warn him. This guild is young (3 months old), but it is now around 75 mains strong, and 160 strong in all. They are doing very well, and it's because it's a great group of people that have great leadership. You got kicked because when being warned you acted like a ...could it be an ass? NAH never!!!!! Anyways I didn't even read all the posts, but LOL, some of you are fookin hilarious!!!

As Laci stated above we are but 3 months old. Do you think we got and kept that many people in 3 months time by not knowing what we are doing? I can assure you that I'm no where close to being 14, and I can further assure you that anyone in my guild who is 14 has a home with SoH as long as they act respectable and maturely.

Trust when i say that my parting was for the best on both sides . You cant lead 30 people in Kedge without geting all 30 wiped . But its your guild do as ya will anymore think thats just the way to go recruit a bunch of lower levels who dont know any better give it a few months for them to all get past level 30 and you can feal like a true leader i gues . Same think Dragons Myst and alot of guilds did inwich is hell of alot better then dealing with the Rips EW ext ext .

I was there during this raid on Phinny. Average level of 52 in the raid, 3 groups with a few stragglers. We not only totally OWNED Phinny, we took him out with all his buddies up at the same time (crazy fight.)

Total deaths during the entire night - 6 - including Amp who died cuz he got LOST and pounced on by 2 mermaids. One has to wonder - if he is so leet, why did 2 mermaids drop him? If he has such knowledge, why did an OLD zone like Kedge Keep get him lost?

So much for accuracy eh? 5 other toons died total during Phinny and 3 total respawns on seahorse guardians and one idiot who got lost coming down.

All in all - I would call that a total success...

Just to let you know...Our guild leader is married and has two children. Our first guildleader (the founder of DoM) is married with one child. So, there goes your therory of our guild leader being 14 and under. Dragons of Mist is the type of guild that has the levels and the numbers to do some pretty decent raids. However, the majority of the guild has families and that's why we don't raid every single night. When we do raids we are usually doing them just to have fun and have some good EQ family time, or to help someone in the guild with something they need. (NOT because we are looking out for #1) I am very proud to say I belong to a guild that still has the beliefs on what a guild should be..........an EQ family.

So ya bought the account with a toon named Amplifyre on it. This toon had done some awful things on A Ro. So you destroy this toon, "called sony got it all cleared up", and create some new toons and level them up. Then you create a new low level toon and call it Amp again?

This doesn't really make sense as an argument. If newbie A can kill an orc pawn, and so can Uber Guild B, it doesn't mean that the newbie isn't a newbie.

Don't get me wrong, killing vindi flawlessly is no small feat. But it doesn't put you in the same range as EW.

Hmm, a full group of well geared 65's vs the Orc Pawn? *That* would take some skill.

The difference between high and low tier guilds on encounters like vindi is generally just the amount of people required to pull off the encounter, less are needed (generally) for the high tier guild simply because they have more experiance with the encounter, more aa, and better gear. However its a moot point really because I doubt Amplipyre will ever get into another guild capable of even raiding kunark much less velious, luclin, or PoP.

First off,Assdefiler,er Amplifyre, you did not leave SoH willingly. You were kicked out because you couldn't follow directions or take simple advice without being a ass spelunker. I also had no idea who you were, otherwise someone such as yourself would have never been invited in the first place.

Furthermore, I started this guild with a lvl 45 Ranger, not a 65 as you think everyone starts a Guild. Yes,it did start with lvl 15 to 30 people. But that was the Idea. It was originally made to benefit lower end people. Give them the experience of Guild Life that most can't experience at a decent level of gameplay until they reach 50. I was growing bored of high end game play. Thought it would be fun to help others more. Not everyone is gunning to be Uber and top of the line. Some actually enjoy playing the game to help others and not just look out for themselves, such as you do. But,we ended up growing suprisingly fast and now house lvls 40 to 65. We have to be doing something right to pull that off in 3 months time.

Why don't you just save yourself and everyone on Ayonae Ro Server alot of grief and quit EQ or go to another server.

He was sponsored and given the benefit of the doubt. We have a probationary period where recruits are allowed to participate but only get loot when it's really crappy.

I did chat with him a little bit, but to be honest ... I spend 50% of my time in tell hell. They slip in, but do not last long if they fail to impress.

Amp has the record atm for about 3-5 hours before booted ... and I believe he is alone in that catagory. Our members generally have a good instinct about recruitment and as always we are extremely short on bards.

... And seeing how we are mostly part time players, its difficult to do any voting in the way you suggested. We do our best and for the most part it works out.
