You ever get that tingly feeling on the back of your neck when you are forming a pick-up group? You know... the one that you don't ever listen to?

think the worst group ever I've had was in BoT once.

this group obviously was new to BoT just from the way they talked
Cleric tells group: lets go to MSR
rest of party: ok
Wizard: err...whats MSR?
Cleric: umm...hold on I'll ask
me: MSR is Mid-South -Right-
Ranger: oh I know where that is!
Ranger runs off to north
Ranger gets killed because he forgot to invis himself
me: nope, thats north
at this point that tingley feeling was just starting to manifest itself
Wizard: I'll go drag him
Says the wizard, even though we have a rogue
Rogue: ok thats fine by me
wizard invises, then gets killed because it drops at the worst possible time
Me: rogue, come with me
Rogue: ok
You begin casting invisibility cloak
You vanish in a shroud of clicks and wirrs
Rogue forgot to hide/sneak, and gets killed
Silently: god damn it
Cleric: *sigh*
So at this point we are down 3 party members, its just me cleric and shaman left
Shaman: I'll drag
Me: no, let me I know where they died
Shaman: no I'll do it
Shaman goes off to north, and adding to the pile of bodies gets killed because he went up to laef because he didnt know where corpses were
Me: ok, everyone who died consent me and I'll drag your *stupid* asses out of north
rogue consents
ranger consents
wizard consents
Shaman: nah I'll get it myself
Me: not with laef sitting on your body you wont
Shaman: !
shaman consents
I fearlessly drag corpses away from north back to cleric, who sits there staring off into space.
Cleric: Back, was afk sorry!
fist clenching, I mutter: could have told us that 5 minutes ago
Cleric rezzes everyone
Me: ok, now invis up and follow me.
So, we finally get invised and are on our way to MSR. All the mishaps has taken approx. 1 hour of my time before raid away.
We're at MSL side of table now, and all hell breaks lose.
Cleric: so MSR is the other side right?
Me: yes
Cleric: ok
Cleric runs off, straight through the table, which has 2 krigers + a tyv already spawned.
Cleric: OH SHIT!
Cleric hits DA, and runs not to MSR to die, but BACK to us!
Me: evac, too many
Shaman begins to cast a spell
Kriger resists slow (which I found out later was the AE version instead of turgur's)
Kriger splatters shaman
Ranger begins to cast a spell
Kriger resists root
Kriger splatters ranger
Rogue backstabs kriger
Kriger turns around and splatters Rogue
Wizard: evac? what's that?
I almost screamed:OH FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! when he said that
Wizard begins to cast a spell
Kriger looks uncomfortable
Kriger looks uncomfortable
Kriger is consumed by a visage of flame
Wizard: oops! not evac LOL inc evac!
Kriger's skin is rent by massive shards of deadly ice
Wizard: not that one either...
Kriger stomps wizard into the ground
This is all in the course of about 1 minute.
Cleric's DA finally wears off oh and guess what happens to him?
Krigers STOMP cleric into atoms
at this point, seeing how I was outnumbered 3 to 1, I turned around hit fortitude and ran.
I managed to zone with about 20% hp left
Rest of group: WTF mdana? why didnt you fight?
Me: because you cant win against 2 krigers still having rez effects, no mana and no buffs?
Cleric: but still you should have died to let us get out
Me: look genius, it was your fault the krigers came on us in the first place.
Cleric: how was I supposed to know they could see invis?
I sigh, knowing its hopeless
Me: I also told you to run or evac when they came, and all of YOU started attacking them.
At this point, its guild raid time so I say
Me: sorry, have to go, guild raid time.
Rest of group: bye

so thats probably my "worst group" experience

i know what you mean...there's this one girl..im not gonna say her name...but she is the type that want's to solo while YOU search for a group...then she comes back when you are nearly full...wanting a re-invite.....i don't like her. Then she challenged me to a duel...i was a 49 Wiz...and she was a 35 Nec =/.......

Was doing a normal LDoN once and some druid was bitching at me for going off and solo'ing while we were killing stuff. Made me giggle. Little hint folks, to a necro, "adds" just mean "more DPS." If there's less then 4 mobs per pull, I'm just a poor man's magician.

I had an SK who thought he was so uber he could go in alone and solo the dungeon. He zoned in early, proceeded to get killed before ANY Buffs had been cast, and then started yelling at us for not being there to help him.

This guy actually was sitting down during fights, medding. Then we got into the adventure, and he got lost. He proceeded to die again, yell some more, then left.

no ...i don't mean pulling adds...i mean disbanding from the group...waiting til we get more ppl ...then trying to come back....

I am personally guilded with all these people.

60druid, 63magi, 61necro, 61druid, 64ranger and myself

/q'd about 10 secs after i found out the group... never returned

Clerics grouping like clerics is like ass on ass action ~ it doesnt work!

BTW Oipunx, anyone looks like a noob when compared to the power bestowed upon you by fair Tunare.
