Hey elren, I heard from a few people that you scammed a guy out of 100k today! What the hell is up with that? From what I heard you were making a deal with this guy and he sent you western union and then you took the cash but never delivered. Now I am not the most rule abiding guy on the server, but at least I do not scam. Some may think it is stupid for me to post this, but I think it is screwed up that someone in IVM is going behind his guilds back selling plat, and then scamming the buyers. You really are a prick, I hope you feel like shit knowing you ripped some guy off out of his money when he thought he was going to get 100k. Now if you have any decency since you have just been caught, you will deliver his plat or reimburse his money. If not you really are a low life piece of scum. I sure hope your guild will not stand for this cause if they do then they are just as low as you are.

If you deal in ebay you accept the risk of being scammed. I have no pity for the guy who lost his money paying for pixels. But if Elren did the scamming, he should likewise pay in some form. Buzya is in a position to be aware of these things. Unless he has some particular grudge against Elren, his claim has some weight to it. More information, of course, is always better.

Well I feel somewhat the same way you do mandari. I think elren should pay in some form, but I do not think the other person should. Elren seems to think I have a grudge against, yet I have never met the guy. I just post what I hear because I have a lot of weight in ebaying on ayonae ro and figured it is worth people knowing.

I can think of 4 reasons off the top of my head why you would post a story like this.

If Elren does ebay cash, it is in your best interests to slander him. This story makes you money.

If Elren doesn't ebay cash, it is in your best interests to make people leery of buying cash from random people. This story makes you money.

If you where paid to slander Elren, you make money.

If you do have a reason to hate Elren, you get revenge. We have only your word that you don't know Elren.

Maybe what you are posting is true. But, why should anyone believe you? I mean, other than the usual naive "someone wrote it, it must be true!".

And yes, I dislike Buyza -- he seems slimy to me. I also dislike many car salesmen, they seem slimy.

There is no reason to assume Buyza is posting this out of the goodness of his heart. His job is to make as much money out of EQ as possible. Unless this post is in some way making Buyza money, he has no reason to make it.

This thread increases the association people have between "buyza" and "ebay", which seems to be the main reason why he posts on these boards. He also gets to imply hate and dislike of people who take money and don't give pp, a very nice "I'm a trustworthy supplier, give me your money" ad.

Oh, and btw, apparently IvM members (or at least rank and file? no clue) aren't allowed to post in NAG. I have no personal evidence backing this up, just hearsay. Anyone see an IvM member post in NAG recently?

I do not have much evidence really, only what I was emailed. Think what you want for me posting this. I understand if you think I did it for publicity or what not, but I just posted it because it was emailed to me. Hell I have never even heard of elren really until now. What I did do was email the person who emailed me with the story asking for them to either post here or give me some evidence to post etc. I am not to sure if they are aware of the boards or not until now, but I think that they will probably be visiting and hopefully make a post.
