as for the mods, why cant you ban those 2 tards? You always talk about how this isn't a public forum and its all yours to decide what happens... then its up to you to decide if these people get banned or not, Theres no one stopping you but you... and they are messing up your forums... ive been on these boards a few years, and have watched you ban people for spamm... XII. FLOOD ATTACK/DESTRUCTIVE POSTING
Definition: Posting repeatedly and rapidly, or posting code, or posting pornographic images or text, alone or in coordination with other users, in an effort to disrupt the normal functioning of an ezboard on which the posting user(s) does not have administrative powers.

Complaint Procedure:

Fill out and send a Legal Issues and request Form (http://www.ezboard.com/help/form_legal.html#legalform)
Select "Flood Attack" under "Specify Your Issue"

First, move any posts involved into a password-protected forum and provide a link to the forum in question. In the description, provide information including user name(s) of the parties involved and a description of events.

As an administrator of another board, maybe I can offer another solution. Moderators (though they can't move the posts involved) can still submit a legal report.
Though it may seem like a bit more work, it generally results in a global ban of IP's involved and any other IP which they might have posted on here or elsewhere.

Make sure to give them all the requested information and keep the original ticket number to give it to Kivorn so that he may follow up with it once he gets back. It takes 3 to 4 days, but has proven helpful for us with things like this and any spam which involves commercial selling of items unrelated or unwelcome to your board.
