I picked up a 30gig Zune, holy crap its awesome. Anyone else got one?

I have heard good things about the Zune devices.

When my trusty, do-everything, hacked-up iRiver H320 dies I might look into Zune. I don't plan on ever feeding into the iPoo hype anytime soon (at least as long as they keep crappy restrictions on the devices and virtually mandate usage of iTunes as far as I know).

I dunno, the Zune has a lot of cool features. However the abysmal failure that is the online store leaves something to be desired. And does it still not play the 'Plays for sure' files?

the online store is great...i pay 15 a month for unlimited music usage, i just cant burn it. Also unlimit podcasting. Its similar to napster 2.0 or Itunes.

The playsforsure is annoying but in the end I jhave 7 gigs of music and I am happy.

There's something screwy with Ipods. It seems to me that their hard drives always take after like a year and a half. Zune's thus far don't have that problem, but they're barely 2 years old so who knows.

If it works Qtrax and Zune would be an awesome combination and even Qtrax says they will be making something to make the songs work on I-Pods.

I have a Radio Remote attachment for my ipod here at work. I love it, I get to listen to CBC everyday.

As far as the Zune goes I will give my money to any corp other than Microsoft, even if it means apple. I will however be a hypocrite and continue to use XP SP2 (at least they got one of their operating systems stable).

hehe i would rather get MS money than apple :p even though i lead 300 stores in my area in iphone sales.

I love my Zune. Haven't had really any problems in the 4-5 months i've had it. I use it to listen to music at work and the occasional movie or two if absolutely nothing is going on. I don't use the online store tho, rather i just put my own personal cd's and dvd's on it and listen to it that way.
Great sound imho with it although i may get a 80Gb one if i fill up the 30GB one soon.
