As to that moved thread, we don't owe you an explanation. It's called Mods discretion. I did not move that thread, and I am not sure who did, but I am curious as to who you think lost their mod powers.

I beg to differ. You expect the populace of these boards to follow a certain set of rules, rules which you set forth for us to follow. In exchange we expect you (the moderators) to enforce said rules, and to do so in a predictable and consistent way. There are many claims tossed around that this board is "owned by so and so", and they can "do whatever they like with it". However, inasmuch as you "own" the ezboard right to the board, for the past years this board has become what it has through the postings and financial contributions of virtually everyone BUT the moderators. Im not saying that the moderators do not contribute financially or in threads, however it cannot be denied that the MAJORITY of contribution on both fronts comes from NON-moderators. Therefore, as much as you 'own' the boards, we 'own' it as well.

However, with this thread, and a number of other heavy-handed incidents over the past few months, you have shown that you care not for keeping the boards true to their intent, but to twisting them as you see fit when a thread makes you uncomfortable or irritated. Yes, I read the "this board will not become a playground" thread blah blah blah, and it is nothing more than transparent justification for behaving in an irresponsible manner. NEVER in the history of these boards have you closed "for fun" threads, allowing people like Shewdogg, Tallid and others free reign to ask their buddies to IM them, make a lame flame at a friend or post a stupid inside joke screenshot.

We knew that was Trilkin for a while. Since the board's been so dead, we let him slide as long as he was being productive (which he was). As soon as he screwed up and did this, Kiv did the right thing and shut him down before he went back to his full blown self.

I agree with greystone, I think EW sells plat/characters to pay kiv to lock any threads concerning them and sleeping with members to let daughters in :lol

On a real note, I agree with slant in saying this is Ayonae ro's board and not the moderators board. If we want to post stuff to our friends or make jokes then who cares? It is not like it is taking up anything more useful on the front page.
