I have to disagree Loaorne. Though I was pretty fed up one night, a CS rep got on the phone with me and personally handled the issue. VERY impressed with these folks.

You were lucky then. I can't remember if I said here or not but Leah had a character just disappear one day. She didn't delete it...it literally was just there one night and when she logged in the next day gone. After multiple phone calls and having her issue closed via automatic responses several times I finally trumped the system and used my contacts to get it resolved. But this was a 2 week ordeal and then they discovered it wasn't an isolated incident. I have to think if I hadn't used my friends we wouldn't have gotten it resolved.

I have an issue I logged way back in December that I never heard back on...oh I got an automatic response but the issue wasn't resolved. This is the worst CS of any game I've played.....ever. But, I still play b/c I like the game.

Have had no reason to complain about the game until tonight....disconnected three times inside 20 minute period. Will try to play again over the weekend. If it persists, the game is not that great to make me invest a lot more time seeing if things get better.

Whoa... What have gamers come to... One night you have some disconnects and now you question playing the game at all?!!

How did gamers become so easily turned off. I remember doing anything I could to play EQ no matter what happened! We are so instant gratification now that a few disconnects and we are ready to move on!

Too faced paced for a few disconnects any more. I was remembering a time back in EQ when I had some bad memory in my PC. I kept crashing to desktop about every 15 minutes. I would still reload sit through loading screens, and my group would even wait for me...for about a week straight before I got it fixed. Now, man, I sure don't have that patience.

Got my BH to 50 and I'm almost through the last quest, and I'm still hooked. Really felt like I was getting the hang of PVP pre-50, although not so much being dumped into the post-50 world.

You know something I REALLY like? Not having to lug around three extra bags of four types of resistance gear!

Same thing yesterday, and now today.

Only seems to have been an issue since they brought the extra servers online for the Asian population/release.

It's easy to blame the game / servers for problems like that.. and I'm not saying it's not.. but remember that computers do start "randomly" having problems. Generally disconnect issues are at least server-wide if it's something on the game / server end. Is anyone else in your guild / on your server getting disconnected constantly? If not, you might want to look a little more at your end.

I don't know if you've done any troubleshooting yet, but it would probably be worth your time to do a driver update on the system... also do a reboot on your network hardware, etc, if you haven't in a while.

It could also be an ISP related issue. If you know anyone locally who has the same ISP and plays, find out if they're having similar issues.

MMO games need to die in a fire.

To call SW:ToR a MMO is really stretching the definition. The only part that is massively multiplayer is when you are up in the fleet wandering around.
