You edit your option file and insert unicode characters in the hotkey definitions.

You edit your let`s say ...bowler92.ini file. Just go to the hotkey section there, insert ascii symbols(only arial ascii works afaik) and then save it as uni-8 if I remember correctly, that`s it.

Forgot to add: You can get a list of available symbols if you go to Start -> Run -> Write charmap there.
