Default The Forces

Here you can read up about all your forces. Many helpers have not been assigned to a task or their Names or even Guilds are not yet mentioned. This is since I have NOT gotten any confirmations of you, your name or your guild. If there may be any postings that are not right, inform me asap since I take these names and assignments as fixed!
The Leaders of the Task are the one to get in touch with if you and/or your Guild wish to offer their help.

* Bind at the specific places, either GFay or Qeynos so that the casters can gate at any time.
* Also Bind the Melees there and buy them Gate Potions.
* Once the call comes, the whole Guild, no matter how many are online, WILL immediately leave their group or raid and come to the assigned point.
* The Guild has to be informed about everything and must know what to do once the call comes!
* The groups will be made within the Guild. YOu know your members and abilities best.
* The Guilds Teleporters have to report at Lady Tyleet for assignments.
* The Group leaders report to their Guild leader - The Guild Leader reports to the Army Leaders (Sir Arquinval for Gfay - Sir Sirrens for Qeynos)

Please use this topic to inform us about the amount of persons you have already for your task, how many you think you will need, their names or guilds.

We need to have an overview about who will be where and which task he/she takes over. Of course we do not need every single name. We will assign full guilds to a certain task anyways I think.
The only place where we DO need the names is the organisation of Teleports and Binds/Buffs/Sow. There we have to make sure that every Druid Ring /Spire, every place to bind has at least 2 persons assigned to.

once you have a very first idea of the current amount and names of your forces, post them here please.

Default Teleportation

After receiving word from a few more volunteers I've managed to put together a very basic teleportation schedule in case of an emergency. Keep in mind that I don't have nearly enough people helping out with teleportations yet to make this a fully functional schedule, but atleast we'll be more prepared than we were.
My thanks again to everyone helping out with this. And as usual, if you're interested in joining the teleportation task force, please sent me a tell in-game or email me.

The main objective of the teleportation force this far is in case of a battle, to be able to teleport all our forces to the place where they are most needed. Therefore the locations assigned to the members means the location where they should teleport people FROM in case of emergency. The destination heavily depends on the situation. Should you be in need of a teleport when you are working to further the effort to protect Norrath in the coming war, please get in contact with the person closest to you, or contact me. Unfortunately as mentioned before, with the lack of volunteers, it is very likely that someone won't be online in case of an emergency, I hope to remedy this by assigning more than one person (from different time zones) to a location and assigning people as general back-up, as soon as I get more volunteers. This is the schedule this far:

Laub, druid of the 55th circle: N-Karana
Aolil, druid of the 47th circle: E-Commons
(these two are the most central areas, and of great importance to the coming war)

Barke, druid of the 44th circle: Iceclad
Ndail, druid of the 40th circle: Kunark
(many of our best warriors will be abroad, when trouble hits the proverbial fence, we'll want them out of there and where the action is)

Revellie, druid of the 30th circle: Butcherblock
Bakual, wizard of the 45th circle: Faydark
(we're expecting trouble to start on the continent of Faydwer, so this will be a key area. However if something happens elsewhere while all our forces are on Faydwer... well, you figure it out. We'd like to avoid that.

Tyleet, druid of the 30th circle: Qeynos
(I will make sure I have a bind in this remote area at all times to help people get elsewhere should the need arise.)

If anyone has suggestions/comments, or wishes to offer their teleportation services please contact me.

Default Army of Greater Faydark

As of right now the army consist of only the Valiant Circle. My guild is very small, so we can't do this alone. I would say we're about 20 in number, and though all members are ready and willing to fight some of us are far to low level to last long in this type of battle. I'm currently working on gathering other guilds to aid us in the defense of Firiona Vie and the elven homelands. If you're interested let me know.

I have updated the first post with the newest assignments and names and numbers I have been told.

PLEASE do note down HERE:
(if you are a taskholder)
- Amount of people you have that help you in your task.
- The names of the Guilds
- How many guilds / people you think you still need.

(if you offer your services fo yourself or preferable your guild)
- Post your name, lvl and class.
- Post the amount and average lvl of your Guild. you will be assigned to an army (or task) and be informed.



Just add your infos, I will keep updating the first any main post.
The goal is to have an overview about all our forces on this topic at every time.

Hello Sirrens here Protector of Qeynos Army. Can you please list Allied Giants down under my command for the Qeynos Army. We are a larger Guild, and I dont want to promise a certian number of members but can say we should be around 50 strong at any given time but if events happen within our prime hours of play, you can and will see more from us.
Also - Just an Idea. With-In this thread, after you get the info from Guilds/Players Checking In and make they're assignments. Edit and post info to your first main post, then delete the guilds/players check-In post. This way people only have one Main Thread to read and not get confused. It make getting info to people much faster and easier!
Also - How about making or assigning whole guilds as sratigicly placed M.A.S.H Units within close area of Armies and Battle areas? Unit will buff, heal and sow players as needed!

I do update this first post everytime someone adds info in here.
As you see I added the Allied giants in the Qeynos army.
What I would like to not do is to delete posts. I want everyone to be able to rwad your posts and also maybe we will this info later for some reason.

Its simple. The first post is the actual forces, updated by me every few hours, and the last post is the newest one being made by one of you.

Can you explain me once again what you mean by M.A.S.H Units? Sounds interesting but I do not really get your point. Maybe cause I dunno what M.A.S.H Units are since I am not from the US...

Well M.A.S.H units were used in the us wars, they a a mobile Medical Unit. As for EQ, they would act as a Area chosen close to battle where players can get healed,sow,buffs,etc... Before and during battle. They work well actually! Like say that Hut/House with vendor within Qeynos Hill that would be the assigned MASH unit. Clerics,Shaman,Ect Teams can be waiting for Help!
While in battle players needing heals ( say Half HP's to Quarter HP's left retreat to MASH unit, then after return healed return to Battle.
Before battle it acts as a staging area for SOW,Buffs, Ect...
Just an Idea!

ok we discussed it a bit intern and even if lootbased... seems EQ to be an RPG - maybe there is some thrill in this story if it is not 5 AM in the morning we will show VI what evil mob a guild can be... Taino contact me

EDIT: Sirrens and i can promise you me and my Battlebrothers are approved paramedics capable to rescue fallen comrades under heavy fire :evil
