Ok this is going to sound stupid. I quit playing for a long time and just came back to Eq. A friend ingame said instead of doing it the hard way that there are places that people pay realy money for plat and stuff? Anyway just getting some info I think if so people ought to turn them into Sony or something. I checked out one place called playersbay. I just can't see people paying $ for crap like this. Maybe I am just young and dont have a lot of money but even if I did I would not.

Sorry just really was the oddest thing I've ever heard, I can see buying something that you can actually use like golf clubs and stff but Eq stuff? Just getting some opinions on this as my mom said I was full of BS when I told her.

Anyway just coming back to Eq and starting on Ayonae, so far lvl 9 druid, msg me anytime name is veinblood.

I dont have anything against selling EQ stuff, i did it myself with my char. The only idiot thing about it is people who buys it.

No I am old enough to drive rofl. I just had not realized people actually spend $ on this kind of stuff. I mean spending the monthly fees had me kind of iffy in the first place years ago, but then again I'm a cheapskate. I checked out that site people do actually buy and sell but doesnt that take the fun out of the game?

Fun is in the eye of the beholder. Whats fun for you, most surely sucks for someone else.

Take pride in your character, earn every you have, on your own. Then when you quit and sell your character, you can have the satisfaction of knowing some asshole just gave you a ridiculous amount of money for your pride
