Blizzard has posted what will be in the next patch:

Under Development

Seems they're adding a few things to the UI that mods do, adding Dire Maul, 4 class fixes, and adding meeting stones. The meeting stones sound interesting, some sort of auto group function?

I wonder how many days you have to be waiting for a group for it to get desperate enough to invite a hunter.
