The data controller for collected personal data is AYONAE. We only collect personal data that is necessary to complete purchases and deliveries.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you shop or create an account we collect: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, payment details (stored with our payment provider), and order history. When you visit the website we collect: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the data to process orders, provide customer support, communicate delivery information, improve the website, prevent fraud, and send marketing (only with consent). Legal basis: Contract fulfillment (orders), legal obligations (accounting), legitimate interests (website improvement and security), and consent (marketing).
3. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We only share data with necessary service providers: Shopify (e-commerce), payment provider, shipping carrier, and Klaviyo (email marketing with consent). We never sell personal data. Partners have data processing agreements that ensure privacy. Some services may transfer data to countries outside the EU/EEA with approved security measures.
4. STORAGE OF INFORMATION
Order information: 5 years (Accounting Act)
Purchase history: 10 years (warranty and complaints)
Account details: Until you request deletion or after 3 years of inactivity
Newsletter: Until you unsubscribe
Technical logs: 90 days
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We use SSL encryption, secure storage with GDPR-approved providers, restricted access to data, and data processing agreements. No system is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable precautions. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you and the Norwegian Data Protection Authority within 72 hours.
9. CHILDREN
Our products are not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without parental consent.
