Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases from AYONAE, a Norway-based business, and complies with Norwegian and EU consumer regulations.

1. HYGIENE & COSMETIC SAFETY

Due to hygiene reasons, press-on nails and cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used.

This is in accordance with EU consumer protection rules for sealed cosmetic goods.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

If you are a consumer in Norway or the EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused

  • Packaging is intact and sealed

  • Products are in original condition

within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened press-on nail sets

  • Used nails

  • Opened adhesives or glue

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Mystery Box items

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email ayonae.nails@hotmail.com

  2. Include order number

  3. State reason for return

  4. Await return approval

Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item was faulty)

6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact within 48 hours of delivery:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of item and packaging

You may receive:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit

in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

7. ALLERGIES & MISUSE

AYONAE is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions to adhesives

  • Damage from improper removal

  • Misuse of products

Always follow application and removal instructions.

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your payment provider
